Answers about Yasuragi massagers: how to choose one, how each model works, battery, safety and warranty.

General

What is Yasuragi?

Yasuragi is a line of home massagers for the head, neck, back and body. The name comes from a Japanese word for peace and tranquility. The range includes head massagers, neck and back massagers and percussion massage guns.

Which Yasuragi massager should I choose?

For the head and scalp: Yasuragi FujiTouch (red light therapy and EMS) or Yasuragi Galaxy Touch Pro (20 silicone fingers, Bluetooth speakers).

For neck and shoulder tension: Yasuragi EMS Neck Massager (lightweight, 4 programs, heating) or Yasuragi Tappi (kneading and tapping for the neck and back).

For muscle recovery after exercise: Yasuragi Massage Gun X-MAX, Yasuragi Therapy Massage Gun or the pocket-size Yasuragi Nano Gun.

What warranty do Yasuragi massagers have?

Every Yasuragi massager in our lineup is covered by a 12-month warranty.

Are the massagers safe for everyone?

Yasuragi massagers are intended for relaxation and everyday comfort and do not replace medical advice. Please consult your doctor before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.

Do not use a massager on damaged or irritated skin, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

Who should not use EMS (muscle stimulation) devices?

EMS is not recommended with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, during pregnancy or on damaged skin. If in doubt, ask your doctor first. This applies to the Yasuragi EMS Neck Massager and Yasuragi FujiTouch.

How long should one massage session last?

Follow the built-in timer of your device: 15 minutes on the EMS Neck Massager, 10 minutes on FujiTouch, Tappi, Galaxy Touch Pro and Therapy Massage Gun, and 3 minutes on the Nano Gun. Begin at a low intensity and increase it gradually.

How do I charge my massager?

Each device charges with its included cable. Charging time depends on the model, for example 1–2 hours for the EMS Neck Massager (USB Type-C) and the Therapy Massage Gun, 2 hours for the Nano Gun, 2.5 hours for Galaxy Touch Pro and 4 hours for FujiTouch. The full figures are on each product page.
