Track your order

Every Yasuragi order ships with a tracking number. Here is how to follow your parcel from our warehouse to your door.

1. Find your tracking number

As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Can’t find it? Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Yasuragi.

2. Track your parcel

Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK. It follows your parcel across international carriers and your local post (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Australia Post).

You can also see your order status any time by opening the link in your order confirmation email.

3. Delivery times

• Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery usually takes 10–14 days after your order is placed.
• Tracking can take 2–5 days to show the first update after the label is created. This is normal for international shipping.

Need help?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, email us at support@yasuragiwellness.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and will make it right.
